When we act on behalf of a subscribing business: When a business uses 9 Pack to run its operations, it uploads and creates records about its own customers and job sites, including names, service addresses, contact details, equipment and service history, site photographs, and captured signatures. We process that information only as instructed by that business, under our agreement with them. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models.
If you are a customer of a business that uses 9 Pack: The business that served you is responsible for its own privacy practices, including notifying you and honoring your rights.
